Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 14 October 2026.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website. Please read them carefully. By accessing or using the website you agree to be bound by them; if you do not agree, please do not use it. “We”, “us” and “our” mean the company that operates this website, whose contact details are at the end of this page.
Use of the website
You may use this website for lawful business and personal-information purposes only. You must not:
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or the administration system;
- interfere with its operation, or send malware, spam or automated bulk requests through its forms;
- use robots, scrapers or other automated tools to copy its content without our written permission;
- use the website to send us false, misleading or unlawful information.
Product information
We take care to keep descriptions, photographs, drawings, specifications, performance figures and downloads (brochures, manuals, catalogues) accurate, but they are provided for general information. Machines are continuously improved and options differ by market, so information may change without notice and photographs may show optional equipment. Nothing on this website is a binding offer or a guarantee of performance.
Quotations and orders
A request for a quotation (RFQ) or a message sent through the website does not create a contract. A sale is made only when we issue a written quotation or proforma invoice and you confirm it in writing, or when a sales contract is signed by both parties. Prices, payment terms, delivery times, Incoterms, installation, commissioning and acceptance conditions are those stated in that document. If the document differs from this website, the document prevails.
Warranty
The warranty on our machinery is set out on our Guarantee page and in your sales contract. These website terms do not extend or replace it.
Export, import and compliance
Our goods are sold subject to applicable export and import laws, sanctions and trade controls. You are responsible for the customs clearance, import licences, taxes and duties of your own country and for the lawful use of the equipment in your country, unless your contract says otherwise. We may decline or cancel an order that would breach the law.
Intellectual property
All text, images, logos, trademarks, drawings, videos, software and other content on this website belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the website and print or download material for your own internal business use (for example to evaluate a purchase), but you may not copy, modify, republish, sell or distribute it without our prior written consent.
User comments and messages
Comments and messages you submit must be lawful, accurate and not offensive, infringing or promotional. They are moderated, and we may edit, refuse or remove any comment at our discretion. By posting a comment you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us a free, non-exclusive right to display it on the website. How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use cookies. You can change your cookie choice at any time with Cookie Settings in the footer.
Links to other websites
This website may contain links to, or embedded content from, third parties such as maps and video sites. We do not control them, do not endorse them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Availability
We try to keep the website available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties about the website, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, production or data, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any dispute arising from your use of this website, are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any such dispute shall be submitted to the competent people’s court in Nanjing, China. Contracts for the sale of machinery are governed by the law and dispute-resolution clause stated in the relevant sales contract.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page and its “last updated” date. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the revised terms.
